POTD: Holt Works’ Custom 45 Cal ELR Muzzleloader
By Eric B
Holt Works Photography takes some really great photos, and always keeps a number of interesting new projects. Today we’re looking at his custom 45 Cal ELR “Muzzy”. Note how short the action is! The tripod is worth a note as well. I’ve used Two Vets Tripods a few times, and I really love them. Very light, yet so stable. Here’s the build specification:“@cvaofficial Paramount Pro 45 cal barreled actionBarrel cut down and threaded at 20” by the late Morgan Richey @class_3_machiningFDE @cerakote @rearden_mfg 3/4-20 Minimalist muzzle device and Atlas suppressor mount @silencercentral Banish 46 V2 suppressor@mcmillanstocks Game Warden Universal carbon fiber stock @warnescopemounts low profile QD rings @aimpointusa Hunter H34S red dot @goldenagesupply HoltWorks leather sling collab @two_vets_tripods QDT V2 carbon fiber tripod”Below: The Banish 46 V2 suppressor, in a cool North Carolina autumn look.
I’m pretty sure this setup is quiet with the suppressor mounted. What do you think about it?Source: Holt Works Photography
