Griffin Armament Announces 1x And 3x T-2 Footprint Prism Sights
By Darwin N.
Griffin Armament has announced its new GPS1X and GPS3X (Griffin Prism Sight 1x & 3x). As a fan of prisms, it’s great to see Griffin Armament throw their hat in the ring with these lightweight, compact, and versatile optics at a very affordable price point, especially in time for the holidays. As many of you know, prism optics can relieve the distortion of a traditional red dot if you’re dealing with an astigmatism like I am. Over the years, manufacturers have realized the demand and we’ve seen some great options, shrinking in size, weight, and price from what I tend to think of as OG solutions, like the Elcan and the ACOG.Features and controlsThe Griffin Armament GPS1X and GPS3X use the popular Micro T-2 footprint, offering an abundance of mounting options for most applications. Both 1x and 3x versions feature 1 MOA turret increments with tactile feedback allowing precise windage and elevation adjustment without the guesswork.Similarly, the 10 brightness settings for use under varied light conditions are designed to provide positive feedback with brightness automatically returning to the last setting
