At IWA 2025, German company Corelock introduced the DH24 tactical rifle sling, designed to improve accuracy and weapon control in dynamic shooting situations. This sling functions like a vertical foregrip, allowing the shooter to lock the rifle into their shoulder using the support arm, increasing stability and reducing muzzle rise by up to 70%.The DH24 enables smoother panning, better recoil management, and improved accuracy in burst fire and rapid shotgun engagements, making it particularly effective for counter-drone and moving target operations. The sling can also be used to stabilize shots against environmental structures like trees or buildings, acting as a makeshift bipod without added bulk. Tests conducted with the Haenel CR308 showed a 33% improvement in shot groupings for average-skilled shooters. The DH24 is available in multiple mounting options, including QD, loop, and HK hook configurations, and comes in tan, black, olive, and Multicam. Could this be the most effective rifle sling for combat applications? Buy the Clothes James is wearing in this video from 5.11 here:
