[SHOT 2025] Miller Precision Firearms to Produce the Serbu SU-15 Upper

Miller Precision Firearms, a manufacturer from Sarasota, Florida, will be producing and selling the SU-15 piston upper receiver assembly designed by Mark Serbu of Serbu Firearms. Originally this upper was called SU-15, but the MPF’s version will likely be called Avangard. Let’s take a quick look at the features of this upper.
