[SHOT 2025] Iver Johnson Builds A PCC (Again)

Iver Johnson is dusting off one of their old ideas and revamping it for 2025. Remember the old 1911A1 Carbine? It’s obviously pretty familiar to just about anyone, as it’s based on John Browning’s 1911-pattern semi-auto pistol. And it should be even more familiar to anyone who remembers the wood-stocked 1911A1 carbine that Iver Johnson introduced a few years back. That rifle took the pistol’s backstrap and replaced it with an adapter that allowed them to attach a stock. In that case, it was a wooden arrangement that looked like some trench war invention.
