According to Sako, the Tikka T3x UPR (Ultimate Precision Rifle) was designed for shooters who demand exceptional accuracy and reliability. Manufactured by Sako in Finland, it normally features a lightweight carbon-fiber-reinforced stock with an adjustable cheekpiece.
